Barnabas Abisa is the Head of Litigation and Dispute Resolution at AB Lexmall & Associates. He represents and advises clients on a broad range of contentious matters and is particularly skilled in handling cases that require detailed legal research, careful analysis and the development of persuasive legal arguments.

Barnabas is a resourceful researcher with a strong ability to identify relevant judicial authorities from Ghana and other jurisdictions. His research skills are complemented by a clear and disciplined approach to legal drafting. He prepares court processes and other legal documents that present complex issues in a coherent, precise and accessible manner.

Barnabas also brings strong interpersonal skills to his work. He takes time to understand each client’s circumstances, explains legal issues clearly and develops relationships founded in trust and professional confidence. This enables him to represent clients effectively while remaining attentive to their commercial and personal concerns.

He holds a Bachelor of Laws (LL.B.) degree from the University of Ghana and a Qualifying Certificate in Law from the Ghana School of Law. Barnabas is a Barrister and Solicitor of the Supreme Court of Ghana and a member of the Ghana Bar Association.
