Binditi has practiced in all levels of the court system in Ghana representing clients in a wide range of issues from corporate employment to corporate land/property disputes and from civil to criminal suits.

Binditi also has expertise in Oil and gas Law with interest in areas such as Contracting, Dispute Resolution, Environmental Regulations and Reparation and Compensation issues. Binditi is working on a comprehensive book that will authoritatively speak to major aspects of the oil and gas law and policy in Ghana.

Binditi is part of the team that is advising Produce Buying Company, a subsidiary of Ghana Cocoa Board (official regulator of cocoa beans production and pricing) to defend $1 billion in properties claimed by private co-operative organizations. He has also represented a major petroleum retailer in Ghana in respect of employment issues. Binditi is currently assisting with advising Ghana Railway Development Authority (GRDA) in respect of the management of thousands of acres of land they own around Ghana.

Prior to AB Lexmall & Associates, Binditi worked at Dery & Co and Oasis Law Consult where he handled a wide range of issues in both criminal and civil law.

Binditi has a Bachelor of Laws (LLB) Degree from University of Ghana and a Master of Laws (LLM) degree with specialization in Oil and Gas Law from Robert Gordon University in Scotland. Binditi was called to the Ghana Bar in 2003.
