David Seth Kow-Ainooson is a member of the Litigation and Dispute Resolution team at AB Lexmall & Associates. His practice focuses on corporate and commercial litigation, employment disputes and other contentious business matters.

David assists clients at different stages of the dispute-resolution process, including legal research, case assessment, development of litigation strategy and preparation of court processes. His recent work includes supporting an international company in employment-related litigation. He has a particular interest in complex commercial disputes and approaches his work with an appreciation of both the legal issues and their practical implications for clients.

David’s multidisciplinary academic and professional background strengthens his ability to analyse disputes from legal, commercial and organisational perspectives. He holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Political Science and Sociology and has an academic background in Business Administration from the Ghana Institute of Management and Public Administration. He obtained his Bachelor of Laws (LL.B.) degree from the University of London and undertook further studies in company law, intellectual property law and commercial law at Mountcrest University College.

David also holds a Master of Arts degree in Management and Administration from the University of Ghana Business School and is a Certified Business Analyst. He completed his professional legal education at the Ghana School of Law.

David is a Barrister and Solicitor of the Supreme Court of Ghana. He also has a professional affiliation with the Solicitors Regulation Authority of England and Wales.
