Mercy works in the Transactions and Compliance team. Her work focuses on Company Secretarial Services and Compliance Work. She manages the board meetings of all the companies our firm is privileged to provide company secretarial services to. In this regard, she has served companies with as little as two (2) Board Members to companies with fifteen (15) Board Members and many Board Sub-Committees.

She has mastered regulatory compliance and helps our clients navigate the often complex and overlapping regulatory landscape in Ghana.

Mercy holds Bachelor of Arts Degree in Political Science and Philosophy, and Bachelor of Laws (LL.B) Degree both from the University of Ghana, Legon. She also earned her Professional Barrister of Law (BL) certificate from the Ghana School of Law.

Mercy is a member of the Ghana Bar Association.
