Nana Kweku Bosompem is a member of the Transactions and Advisory team at AB Lexmall & Associates. His practice covers mergers and acquisitions, taxation, corporate restructuring and insolvency, as well as general corporate and commercial law.

Nana Kweku advises clients on the legal and regulatory issues arising from commercial transactions and business operations. He has worked with clients across several industries, including technology, telecommunications, energy, construction, advertising and agribusiness. This cross-sector experience enables him to appreciate the different commercial and regulatory considerations that shape each client’s decisions.

He assists clients in structuring transactions, conducting legal reviews and identifying risks that may affect the implementation of their commercial objectives. His approach combines careful legal analysis with practical attention to the client’s business needs.

Nana Kweku holds a Bachelor of Laws (LL.B.) degree from the University of Ghana and a Qualifying Certificate in Law from the Ghana School of Law. He is a Barrister and Solicitor of the Supreme Court of Ghana and a member of the Ghana Bar Association.
