Marilyn has interest in Transactions, Advisory Services and Taxation. Since joining AB Lexmall and Associates, she has been involved in many complex transactions that the firm has been engaged in. She has worked on M&As, Complex due Diligence Work across several industries and provided Legal Advisory Services to both local and international companies.

At the tax front, Marilyn has provided Advisory Services in areas of VAT, Withholding Taxes, and Transfer Pricing Rules. She provided expert support to the Litigation Team of the firm to win a landmark case on technology transfer agreement (TTA) and Taxation at the Court of Appeal in Ghana. Marilyn has also provided advisory services in the areas of Employment Law, Natural Resources, and Aviation.

Marilyn holds Bachelor of Laws (LL.B) Degree from the University of Ghana, Legon. She also earned her Professional Barrister of Law (BL) Certificate from the Ghana School of Law. Marilyn has completed the Investment Advisory Services courses organized by the Ghana Stock Exchange.

Marilyn is a member of the Ghana Bar Association.
