Priscilla Marilyn Badger is the Head of Transactions and Advisory Services at AB Lexmall & Associates. Her practice covers corporate and commercial transactions, taxation, employment law, natural resources and aviation.

Marilyn has advised local and international companies on a range of complex transactions. Her experience includes mergers and acquisitions, legal due diligence across several industries and general corporate advisory work. She works closely with clients to identify legal and regulatory risks and to develop practical solutions that support their commercial objectives.

She also has a strong interest in taxation and has advised clients on value added tax, withholding tax and transfer pricing. Marilyn provided specialist support to the firm’s Litigation and Dispute Resolution team in a landmark case concerning the taxation of technology transfer agreements, which was successfully determined by the Court of Appeal of Ghana. Her ability to combine transactional experience with an understanding of taxation enables her to advise clients on matters involving overlapping corporate, regulatory and fiscal considerations.

Marilyn holds a Bachelor of Laws (LL.B.) degree from the University of Ghana and a Professional Law Course Certificate from the Ghana School of Law. She has also completed courses in investment advisory services organised by the Ghana Stock Exchange.

She is a Barrister and Solicitor of the Supreme Court of Ghana and a member of the Ghana Bar Association.
