Ruth Awenteme Adams is a member of the Transactions and Advisory team at AB Lexmall & Associates. Her practice focuses on corporate and commercial law and the provision of practical legal advice to businesses operating in Ghana.

Ruth assists clients in understanding the legal and regulatory issues that affect their transactions and day-to-day operations. She approaches each matter with careful attention to the client’s objectives and works to provide advice that is clear, commercially relevant and capable of practical implementation.

She holds a Bachelor of Laws (LL.B.) degree from the Ghana Institute of Management and Public Administration and a Professional Law Course Certificate from the Ghana School of Law.

Ruth is a Barrister and Solicitor of the Supreme Court of Ghana and a member of the Ghana Bar Association. She is committed to providing diligent and responsive legal services while maintaining high standards of professional and ethical practice.
