Theresa Akua Boahema Benin is a member of the Litigation and Dispute Resolution team at AB Lexmall & Associates. Her practice interests lie principally in corporate and commercial litigation.

Theresa assists with legal research, case preparation and the drafting of court processes in support of the firm’s contentious practice. Her recent work includes supporting an international company in employment-related litigation, contributing to the analysis of the legal issues and the preparation of the client’s case. Her background in human resource management provides her with an additional perspective on workplace relations and employment disputes.

Theresa holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Human Resource Management from Knutsford University College and a Bachelor of Laws (LL.B.) degree from the University of Ghana. She also holds a Professional Law Course Certificate from the Ghana School of Law.

She is a Barrister and Solicitor of the Supreme Court of Ghana.
