Vanessa Awurama Davis is a member of the Litigation and Dispute Resolution team at AB Lexmall & Associates. Her practice interests include aviation, contract law, employment law and company law.

Vanessa has represented clients in the aviation, pharmaceutical, insurance and other sectors in proceedings before the Superior Courts of Ghana. Her experience includes handling commercial and contractual disputes and advising clients on the legal and practical issues that arise during litigation.

She has also represented clients in shareholder disputes resolved through mediation and arbitration. This experience enables her to assess disputes not only from a litigation perspective but also with an appreciation of alternative processes that may provide an efficient and commercially sensible resolution.

In employment matters, Vanessa has participated in several employee disciplinary proceedings. She assists clients in navigating disciplinary processes, ensuring that workplace concerns are addressed fairly and in accordance with applicable law and internal procedures.

Vanessa holds a Bachelor of Laws (LL.B.) degree from the University of Ghana and a Professional Law Course Certificate from the Ghana School of Law. She is a Barrister and Solicitor of the Supreme Court of Ghana and a member of the Ghana Bar Association.
